Head chef and co-owner Vasileios was born and raised in Athens and developed his passion for cooking from an early age in his mama’s kitchen. After working in some of the most renowned kitchens in Athens, he enjoyed stints at several exclusive hotels across the Greek Islands of Santorini and Mykonos. He was later head hunted to work in Melbourne, Australia which took him to the other side of the World to continue his career.
His philosophy with food is simple; use the best produce possible, keep things simple and let the ingredients shine.
